Terms & Conditions of Partner Distribution

To register as an authorized Earning Friend partner distributor, you must:

• •Be a resident citizen of India aged 18 years or above.
• •Hold a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
• •Maintain an active, verified Indian bank account or UPI ID registered under your legal name.

Partners act as independent referral affiliates. To preserve banking licenses and customer safety, you strictly agree:

Earning Friend is an authorized technology platform. The final decision to approve, sanction, or decline any credit card, personal loan, or bank account application rests solely and exclusively with the underwriting policies and credit algorithms of the partner bank or NBFC.

Earning Friend does not guarantee product approvals. Commissions are payable only on successfully verified and bank-reconciled conversions.

Commission slabs are published dynamically in your partner dashboard and on the public catalog.

• • TDS Compliance: Tax is deducted at source under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act (currently 5% standard rate) on all commission withdrawals. Form 16A is issued quarterly.
• • Withdrawal Methods: Verified balance can be withdrawn 24/7 via Instant UPI or NEFT/IMPS with zero platform fees.
• • Reconciliation Cycles: Webhook approvals are credited in real time or within 24 to 48 hours depending on the bank's batch reconciliation cycle.

Any partner discovered generating fake leads, using forged identity documents, running bot scripts, or submitting fabricated PAN/Aadhaar details will be subject to immediate:

• • Instant wallet freeze and forfeiture of accumulated unpaid commissions.
• • Permanent blacklisting across all allied banking and fintech networks.
• • Potential legal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000 for cyber fraud.

6. Intellectual Property & Promotional Materials

All Earning Friend logos, UI assets, marketing banners, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Earning Friend. Partners receive a limited, revocable license to distribute pre-approved marketing banners strictly for legitimate lead generation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or statutory claim arising from or related to the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
